1 Introduction
1.1 LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL UNDERWRITERSTM (LIU) is the trading name of LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE EUROPE LTDTM (LMIE). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) set out the rights and obligations of users of the LIU Website http://liueurope.com (“Website”).
1.2 In consideration of LMIE providing access to the Website, all use of the Website is subject to these Terms. By accessing the Website you are deemed to understand and accept these Terms without limitation or qualification. If you do not accept these Terms, you should immediately stop using the Website.

10 Jurisdiction
This Website is controlled by us from our offices within the United Kingdom.
